Privacy
Your text stays with you
WordBench is built so that there is almost nothing to have a policy about. This page spells out exactly what that means.
What happens to your text
Every tool on WordBench runs as JavaScript inside your browser tab. When you type into the word counter, paste a list into the duplicate remover, or run any other tool, the text is processed on your own device. It is never uploaded to a server, never logged, and never stored. Close or refresh the tab and it is gone.
What we collect
Nothing on purpose. WordBench has no accounts, no sign up, no contact forms, no comment boxes, and no newsletter. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or social media pixels, and the site does not set cookies.
Hosting
The site is hosted on Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel may keep short-lived technical logs of requests (such as IP address and the page requested) to serve the site and protect it from abuse. Those logs concern page requests only; the text you work on inside a tool is never part of any request. You can read more in Vercel's privacy policy.
Third parties
WordBench loads no third-party scripts, fonts are served from the same deployment, and no data is shared with or sold to anyone, because no data is collected in the first place.
Changes and contact
If this policy ever changes (for example, if we add privacy-aware page analytics), this page will be updated to say so plainly. In the meantime, you can learn more about how the site works on the about page or head back to the tools.
